Huck Finn one day trip
This bicycle sightseeing tour offers close exploration of landscapes, villages and historic sites of Sipan Island, the largest island of Elafiti (Dubrovnik) archipelago. Attractively green and surrounded by deep blue sea, they challenge you to discover their beauties and secret village routes along dense evergreen maccia woods, vineyards and olive groves.
There will be enough time to explore the island of a great cultural tradition on your own, to relax, walk or swim.
2012 PRICELIST
Prices: 35 € per person (250 Kuna)
Child discount: 50% for children under 12 years
Included: guide, use of necessary equipment, insurance
Transfer: on request. The cost of our transfer from/to Dubrovnik hotels is additional 7 € (50 Kuna) per person
Optional lunch: snack lunch from 7 € per person. Feel free to contact us is you wish to make reservations for lunch.
Discount: for 20 persons booked, 1 ticket is for free. Additional discount 1,5€ (10 Kuna) per persons for groups of 35 people and more.
DEPARTURE DATES
April-November: Thursdays
Other days on request. The biking is possible every day of the week for a minimum of 6 people.

CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions Huck Finn Adventure Travel will re-schedule the activity for a day or two prior or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.
All client's cancellations must be in writing - by email or fax.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total price):
- 8 or more days prior to arrival 0%
- 2-7 days prior to arrival 50%
- 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100%
Program & Gear List
Transfer by boat or ferry from Dubrovnik and other surrounding places to the island of Sipan and its small fishermen village called Sudjuradj that has preserved the traditional country life style with chapels, monasteries, palaces and summer houses of ancient Dubrovnik aristocracy.
This island is unbelievably rich in cultural heritage, tales from the past and well preserved monuments that have witnessed its turbulent history.
Equipment: Quality road touring bicycles and helmets are provided for your safety.
Things to bring with you: shorts, T-shirt and sport shoes, sun cream, water.Optional picnic, but we can also organise lunch for you on request.
Huck Finn is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.
Optional Lunch is offered on a tipical dalmatian farm with homemade ham and cheese. You can also enjoy a fish meal in one of the best fish restaurants of the area.
PROGRAM
Pick up from hotel according to the plan between 9:00 and 9:30 am
11:00 Arrival on Sipan island, time for a short walk or a swimm
12:30 Start biking from Sudjuradj place to Sipanska Luka
13:30 Optional Lunch
16:45 Return from Sipan to Dubrovnik and the hotels
Note: This itinerary is subject to change dependent on group abilities and preferences, weather and special events. Huck Finn guides and trip Leaders will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for their clients without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional heat or cold, stormy weather, heavy traffic or other reasons beyond our control.

How to get there
There is a ship going to Sipan island from Dubrovnik main port called Gruz, at 10 am. You can buy the boat tickets at the Jadrolinija office just across the ship Postira.
