Prices: 83 € per person (600 Kuna)

Child discount: 20% for children under 12 years

Included: guide, use of necessary equipment, insurance, lunch

Transfer: transfer from Dubrovnik included

Discount: for 20 persons booked, 1 ticket is for free. Additional discount 1,5€ (10 Kuna) per persons for groups of 35 people and more.

Other days on request. The canoeing/kayaking is possible every day of the week for a minimum of 6 people.

CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions Huck Finn Adventure Travel will re-schedule the activity for a day or two prior or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.

All client's cancellations must be in writing - by email or fax.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total price):

- 8 or more days prior to arrival              0%
- 2-7 days prior to arrival                        50%
- 1 day prior to arrival or no show           100%

Program & Gear List

In the morning we leave from Dubrovnik by bus in the direction of Herzegovina to the start point of our canoe adventure (distance 120 km). On our way, we will admire the islands across the coastal road and the unique beauty of Neretva River valleys.
Experienced canoeists await us there to give a short instructional lecture, before our river adventure starts. A stop will be made so we can relax, enjoy the beauty of the landscape, swim in the clear water and of course have a barbecue lunch.
Later in the afternoon we will visit Mostar, a town over five centuries old, situated between high mountains divided by the Neretva River. Without question the highlight of Mostar is the Old Bridge (Stari Most) which was originally built in 1566 by the Ottoman Empire. Destroyed during the war in 1993 but rebuilt in 2004 in its original form, the Old Bridge is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Equipment: We use open canoes or sit-on-top kayaks for 2 persons with optional child seat. You will get a life jacket, a paddle (plus long neoprene suit & rain jacket in case of cold weather) and one waterproof container per boat for personal items (camera, drinks, etc.).

Things to bring with you: shorts or bathing suit, T-shirt and sandals (or sport shoes), towel, sun cream, water. Optional picnic, but we can also organise lunch for you on request. If you have sun glasses don't forget to tie them.
Huck Finn is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.

PROGRAM

Pick up from hotel according to the plan between 7:30 and 8:00 am
10:30    Arrival to Capljina, 2-3 hours canoeing down the river Trebizat
12:30    Lunch at stop destination
14:00    Arrival to Mostar, sightseeing
16:30    Return drive to Dubrovnik and the hotels

Note: This itinerary is subject to change dependent on group abilities and preferences, weather and special events. Huck Finn guides and trip Leaders will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for their clients without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional heat or cold, stormy weather, heavy traffic or other reasons beyond our control.
