Cetina River Rafting
Huck Finn one day trip
Clear green water, jungle-like forests, caves and waterfalls of the Cetina River will thrill you and make this rafting trip an unforgettable experience. Our journey takes place near Omis town (Split region) where the Cetina river enters the Adriatic sea.
No previous rafting experience is needed if you can swim. Even children from 8 years old accompanied by parents can participate in this exciting trip on Cetina river. Rafting is possible all year round because Cetina is a dam-controlled river. This excursion is a part of our multi-day trip Rivers by the Sea.
2012 PRICELIST
Prices: 35 € per person (250 Kuna)
Child discount: 50% for children under 12 years
Included: guide, use of necessary equipment, insurance
Transfer: on request.
Optional lunch: snack lunch Radmanove Mlinice from 10 € per person. Feel free to contact us is you wish to make reservations for lunch.
Discount: for 20 persons booked, 1 ticket is for free. Additional discount 1,5€ (10 Kuna) per person for groups of 35 people and more.

The rafting is possible every day of the week for a minimum of 4 people.

CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions Huck Finn Adventure Travel will re-schedule the activity for a day or two prior or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.
All client's cancellations must be in writing - by email or fax.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total price):
- 8 or more days prior to arrival 0%
- 2-7 days prior to arrival 50%
- 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100%
Program & Gear List
Meet your guides in Kastil Slanica by the restaurant Radmanove Mlinice (Radman Mills) at 9h15. We will then drive to the start point and begin rafting down the Cetina canyon and enjoying beautiful nature. The trip ends in Radman Mills („Radmanove mlinice“), an open air restaurant situated by a beautiful old water mill where you can have lunch.
Category: class II-III
Equipment: We use professional Sotar rafting boats for max 10 persons, with one trained guide in each boat. You will get a helmet, a life jacket, a paddle (plus long neoprene suit & rain jacket in case of cold weather) and one waterproof container per boat for personal items (camera, drinks, etc.).
Things to bring with you: shorts or bathing suit, T-shirt and sandals (or sport shoes), towel, sun cream, water. Optional picnic, but we can also organise lunch for you on request. If you have sun glasses don't forget to tie them.
Huck Finn is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.

Note: This itinerary is subject to change dependent on group abilities and preferences, weather and special events. Huck Finn guides and trip Leaders will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for their clients without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional heat or cold, stormy weather, heavy traffic or other reasons beyond our control.

How to get there
From Zagreb/Karlovac/Plitvice/Gracac direction:
Drive from Zagreb through Karlovac, Plitvice, Knin and Sinj and then turn to Trilj. After Trilj continue through Cista Velika (18 km) to Cista Provo (7 km) and turn right to Zadvarje (14 km). After Zadvarje (2 km) turn right to Slime and Pensice (6 km).
From Split:
Drive from Split to Omis. In Omis turn left after the bridge over the Cetina in the direction of Radmanove Mlinice. Continuing forward after Radmanove Mlinice you will get to Pensice.
