Huck Finn one day trip
Join us on a walk / hike along the wooden paths and bridges of Plitvice Lakes , Croatia premier national park. Its exquisite series of 16 emerald green and opal blue travertine lakes, more than 90 waterfalls and numerous caves make Plitvice Lakes a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The lakes are surrounded by beech and pine forests and are home to extensive wildlife.

Prices: 35 € per person (250 Kuna)
Child discount: 50% for children under 12 years
Included: guide, entrance to the Park, insurance
Transfer: on request
Optional lunch: plan to bring a picnic lunch. We can organise a picnic on request.
Discount: for 20 persons booked, 1 ticket is for free. Additional discount 1,5€ (10 Kuna) per persons for groups of 35 people and more.

CANCELLATIONS
In the unlikely case of extreme weather conditions Huck Finn Adventure Travel will re-schedule the activity for a day or two prior or after the date booked, if possible. If the change is not possible, the payments will be refunded in full.
All client's cancellations must be in writing - by email or fax.
Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total price):
- 8 or more days prior to arrival 0%
- 2-7 days prior to arrival 50%
- 1 day prior to arrival or no show 100%

Things to bring with you: hiking shoes, hat, sun cream, water. Optional camera and picnic.

Note: This itinerary is subject to change dependent on group abilities and preferences, weather and special events. Huck Finn guides and trip Leaders will do their utmost to ensure the best possible experience for their clients without compromising safety at any time. This may mean changing the original itinerary to avoid discomfort or risk which could be caused by exceptional heat or cold, stormy weather, heavy traffic or other reasons beyond our control.

How to get there
From Zagreb/Karlovac/Slunj:
Take the highway Zagreb-Karlovac, exit Karlovac. Then take the local road in the direction of Slunj and Plitvice Lakes. When you arrive in Plitvice Lakes, the first entrance is the entrance n°1, on the right side of the road. The parking is on the left side of the road. The drive from Zagreb takes approximately 2h and from Karlovac 1h15.
From Zadar:
Take the highway from Zadar in the direction of Zagreb. Get off at Gornja Ploca exit. Take the local road to Plitvicka Jezera. When you arrive int he Park, the entrance n°1 is the last one, on your left side. The parking is on the right side of the road. The driving time from Zadar is 1h45 min, but plan to arrive earlier, the parking procedure can be long if it's a crowded day in the Park.
