Kayak Camping Dubrovnik

Huck Finn 8 days/7 nights trip

This holiday has been designed for those who love being active outdoors, exploring seaside, nature, heritage, history and art. It is a sea kayaking expedition around Croatia's Elaphiti Islands and Peljesac peninsula in Dubrovnik region, camping along the way, without a guide. Daily routes are 3-5 hours of paddling. Fit for all ages between 14 and late sixties. Previous kayaking experience is required.

Sea kayak Dubrovnik Sipan Island

Lopud, Kolocep and Sipan belong to the Elaphiti Islands archipelago – 13 green islands covered by pine forests, free of traffic, with lots of sunshine and sandy beaches. Each has no more than a couple of hundred permanent residents who live in stone houses of traditional character. Tall palm trees, parks, gardens and flowers everywhere contribute to an easy going lifestyle. They are not just places of incredible natural beauty, but also open air museums of history, art, architecture and folklore. Peljesac peninsula is known for being a real oasis of peace, with its hidden beaches, salt farms, fertile fields, vineyards and some of the best wine in the world.

Reviews

We had a fantastic family holiday on Mreznica River last month. In particular this was due to Huck Finn's organisation and your guide, Robi. He was great! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. It was the best family holiday we have had. Robi was excellent in taking us through the water activities in a way that made us feel excited but also safe. He gave clear safety
instructions (which is not easy to our teenage children) and got a good balance between being authoritative and friendly. Robi offered to eat with us each evening in the hotel Zeleni Hut and his conversation made him very good company. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Croatia. He worked long hours during the week but made us all feel that he was enjoying it which of course made us happy!
I don't think I have ever written a spontaneous letter of recommendation before, so this is an indication of how pleased I was with Robi. Please would you pass on our thanks to him?

D.R., UK

Hello all Huck Finners,

We had a fantastic trip on Country of Clear Water tour with Branimir. He is a fantastic guide, the best in Europe!  Wanted to let you know we enjoyed his professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, and ability to conform to weather problems, additional clients on random days, and all of our needs.  Thanks to him we are still smiling!
Cheers,

G.C. and M.W., USA

Thank you so much for providing us with a terrific teambuilding trip to 'incredible' Clear River Country in Croatia.  We had an amazing time and not one thing went wrong from your side (which I find amazing).
Marko Obranovic did a SUPER job.  He is an amazing guide and a really top notch professional and manager.  I cannot say enough good things about him.  You have yourself a real star there and I am sure he will go far in his career with your company!
I will spread the word to everyone I know about what fantastic trips and service you offer!
